Hello Health

Today I am sharing my lunch with you today. I try to stay on the healthy side of things. I have good and bad days. Today is a good day. I try to stick to fruit & nuts and water and my treat for the day is a jelly bowl and my cup of tea/coffee in the morning. Lunch can often become a chore, so I am open to any suggestions or ideas.

  1. I hope that's not the only thing you had for lunch!! ;) My biggest health tip is one that no one likes to hear and we all pretend we don't know...but that is to cut out all sugarrrrr! Find healthy alternatives to satisfy the sweet cravings, like some yummy sugarfree muffins or fruit :)

    1. Haha Ilana! No that wasn't lol. Cutting out sugar is too hard for me. I try and stick to natural sugars. My main goal is to try and cut out carbs. The less carbs the less fat I reckon, what do you think Ilana? x

  2. You can definitely see your skills within the work you
write. The sector hopes for more passionate writers like you who are not
afraid to mention how they believe. All the time follow your heart.

  3. Are you vegetarian? You need more protein to fill you up and um stop you fainting!! If you're too busy at lunch why not try a can of chopped chicken or tuna, a bag of pre-washed salad and a fruity yogurt? Bear in mind that pretty much all fruit and veges have some carbs to a greater or lesser extent. My vote is eat whole food/raw food as much as you can - that way you know exactly what you are putting in your mouth.

    1. Wow Nin, thanks for the helpful reply I am loving this feedback. No I am not a vegetarian but I don't eat that much meat. I use to eat yogurt but have gone off it. I love the raw food direction you are advising. Sounds like a great idea! Thanks a bunch.

  4. I lately made big batches of quinoa or couscous salads (just add some tomatoe, cucumber, feta cheese and olives or whatever you fancy!) and you have a healthy and tasty lunch. I make enough for a couple of days so I don't have excuses the next day to not eat healthy :)
