The first thing I would do when I go to Paris would be to taste a macaroon...it's like I can't find it anywhere in the entire New Zealand! I disover Jessica Louise's photography on Flickr, and it's soooo dreamy! :)

you can get them at Lindt cafes here in Sydney, so its not so far to fly!
